I like this a lot. It would make a pretty cool T-shirt design.. my roommate spins and this seems like something he would buy.
A bit too detailed [thin lines]for screen printing, so would have to send it to a print shop - and unless he is willing to pay for a $200 T-shirt...
I've seen more established artists than myself do shirts through Cafe Press and Threadless etc. but that only benefits those companies. To make some kind of profit you need to add to the price of the printer, which is high for a T-shirt in the first place. So the people who like your stuff get gorged, and I don't like the idea of that.
It's actually viable to do some traditional screen printed shirts, if you know you can get a minimum order - most of the cost goes into the initial set-up of making the possies and silk screens.
But as I am not copulating with anyone famous, no one will buy my merch!
